AutoCAD DWG

AutoCAD data can now be integrated  
AutoCAD DWG files can now be used as as data source for Spatial Workshop in 4 operating modes:

• Geographic Directory mode: allowing for multiple AutoCAD DWG files to make up a single dataset.
• Geographic Single File mode: allowing for a single file to be used, generating named layers from the single file.
• Multi Map Directory mode: allowing for multiple AutoCAD files, located in a directory, to be used as multi maps.
• Multi Map Free Lookup mode: allowing for multiple AutoCAD files to be used as multi maps, with the location of the files determined by another feature source.

 ESRI ArcPersonal GeoDatabase

Spatial Workshop adds support for ESRI ArcPersonal GeoDatabase files as Feature Source. This feature source uses a Microsoft Access database to store the geographic information.

Version 3 adds support for ESRI ArcSDE Feature Sources. This supports ArcSDE feature sources that are stored in either Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
